Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the members of Pioneer Electric Cooperative,
Inc., is held each year at the Grant County Civic Center in Ulysses, KS.
The Annual Meeting is held to elect trustees, give reports covering the
previous year and transact any other scheduled business that may come
before the meeting. At the Annual Meeting, trustees to succeed those
whose terms have expired shall be elected by ballot.
Each Pioneer Electric member is entitled to one vote for each matter
that is submitted for the purpose of vote at the Annual Meeting. If
unable to attend the meeting, members are encouraged to sign and return
the proxy that is sent to them. This enables each membership share to be
represented and also assures the presence of a quorum at the meeting.
If, after giving a proxy, a member attends the Annual Meeting, personal
attendance revokes the proxy and members are allowed to vote in person.
