Pioneer Electric's system is built on state-of-the-art technology and equipment from our multi-functional head office to our constantly improving power supply grid and new system monitoring technology. But technology is not an end point. It's just a means of helping us deliver the most stable, clean and reliable power supply possible to your home or business.

For example, at all Pioneer Electric substations, we are installing new oil circuit reclosures and microprocessor based electronic controls. These controls help manage system overloads, and provide voltage monitoring, outage reports and store records of all events on the system.

In addition to our regular, ongoing system upgrades, we're currently implementing a new computerized control system that will monitor and control the entire Pioneer Electric system from a centralized command center. This ambitious project is another way we are working hard to ensure our members benefit from the newest technology available.
