Cyclo-Rinse Filter Cleaning (High Plains Energy, LLC)

Pioneer Electric provides air filter cleaning services through its subsidiary, Cyclo Rinse Cleaning. The patented Cyclo-Rinse process has been used by large filter companies and equipment manufacturers for many years. Cleaning the paper element in an air filter reduces costs and ensures maximum performance. It can also reduce maintenance expense and ensure longer filter life.

All filter elements are inspected on arrival at Cyclo Rinse. The air filters are then placed in a soak tank for several hours with the Cyclo-Rinse Filter Cleaning compound. This process gently dissolves and loosens dust and dirt particles. When the flushing is completed, the filters are thoroughly dried in a dust-free, warm-air convection oven at a very strictly controlled temperature and duration.

The filters are then inspected from the inside out. This ensures there are no irregularities in the paper element and that the filter is again ready for use.
